I don't think I'd go anywhere actually, you said I could only use it once right? Which means that if I went somewhere I could never come back here. What if I didn't like it there? That and if I went to far none of the people I care about would be there with me? No even if the now sometimes sucks I'm pretty damn sure I'd want to stay right here. My answer is I would go nowhere.
*If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Now that's sort of a difficult question? There are so many different places to go with so many wonderful things to see. I'm really not sure, but I always sort of wanted to see the pyramids? Or maybe just some sort of animal safari? Uhm... wow why all the difficult questions? I mean I want to travel around and see the world at some point. Not just one part of it but everything.
* If your house was burning down, what three objects would you try and save?
There's a small suitcase under my trunk that I'd try to save, though I don't plan to tell you what's in it. Then I'd make sure to grab Max, no he's not an item per say, but he's my owl and he wouldn't be able to get out of the cage he stays in when inside on his own. Then I'd probably be all good actually, unless I might want to grab the picture on my nightstand of my family.. yeah those would be it I imagine.
* If you HAD to give up one of your senses (hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling, tasting) which would it be and why?
Wow these questions just keep coming don't they? I think if I had to pick one I'd probably go with smelling. I would never ever want to be unable to see.. just because it would make me unable to see the people I love, feeling? Well if you can't feel then there's so many ways of injuring yourself or others and with no feeling you'd not be able to judge your own grip and stuff like that... uhm... Hearing? I love music way too much, I listen to it constantly and it's one of the things keeping me sane. Taste? Well I love food though I know part of the food experience is smell I still would rather keep the taste. So that is why, it is as simple as trying to figure out what I find more important and smell just seems the least of my problems.
*If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
That's another tough ones, though people say I act like a puppy sometimes so maybe a dog? Though I'd preferably love to be some sort of bird? Imagine how cool? To just be able to fly around as you want whenever you want. Of course we have brooms but it wouldn't be quite the same I don't think. Yeah some kind of bird is probably what I'd like most.
* Do you have a pet? If not, what sort of pet would you like?
Well I'm pretty sure I said I have an owl named Max? He's a Great Horned Owl and he's amazing. He likes to cuddle believe it or not. Some people think he's kind of strange because of it but I just think he's more awesome than anything!
* Name a gift you will never forget?
I think maybe I'll have to go with my first broom? I had wanted one for years, you see my Uncle Darren used to play professional Quidditch and once I was old enough to know about that stuff and about magic there was nothing I wanted more. So he bought me one for my 11th birthday. Of course I wasn't allowed to bring it to school yet, but it was so amazing. He taught me how to use it in his back yard and it was one of the most amazingly fun days I've had.
* Name one thing you really like about yourself.
I'm not sure if you mean a skill I have here or something about my looks or my personality. Skill wise I think the thing I love the most is my ability with music and musical instruments and the way I seem to be able to make people smile when I play. Looks wise? I like my hair.
* What's your favourite thing to do in the summer?
That's the first easy one so far I think. My very very favorite thing to do during the summer is to find somewhere near a lake where it's possible to sit on a rock somewhere and dangle your feet in the water, then I'll have something to drink and my guitar and it's just heaven.
* Who's your favourite cartoon character, and why?
Ah cartoons, you're lucky I was born in a Muggle family here and watched a lot of TV (I still do sometimes). I think my favorite is the Roadrunner just because it makes you laugh and takes your mind off the troubles of the world. Sometimes everyone needs a break, no matter what is going on in your surroundings don't you think?
* Does your name have a special meaning and or were you named after someone special?
My Grandfather's name as Marc and so that's where my name came from, he was a good man, and he's still missed a lot sometimes.
* What is the hardest thing you have ever done?
I think the hardest thing I have ever done was attend my parents' funeral. They were killed in a stupid human car crash, and by the time I even found out about it, the muggle doctors had declared them gone. I was 16 at the time, and I remember worrying about what we were going to do next. Who was going to take care of us? Sure my sister was only three years younger... but she was 13 and I was only 16.. I couldn't take care of us both. Of course we'd be at school, but then what? What about the summer? How would we even have money for food? I guess it wasn't so much of a hard day as it was a hard time in general. I've never been so glad to see Uncle Darren in my life, and I don't honestly know how many hours I spent curled up on my bed in his house crying, not just because of the loss but of relief. Relief that there would still be someone to take care of us. I know at 16 you're supposed to not admit you need to be taken care of, but I knew then and I know now the other alternative would have been far worse.
* If you are at a friend's or relative's house for dinner and you find a dead insect in your salad, what would you do?
Honestly? I think I'd just pick it out and put it on a napkin. Sometimes flies and stuff just get in your food, and it's just something that can't really be helped. I would be pretty sure they hadn't put it there on purpose.
* What was the best thing that happened to you this past week?
This past week? I honestly don't know. I guess I was sitting in the park one evening just sort of trying to let the music wash over me. I like it when I can just take a break and get some time for myself. As selfish as that might seem this week it is one of the more perfect things I've been able to deal with. The world is.. a mess right now so you have to appreciate the small moments.
* If you had this week over again what would you do differently?
I think I'd try to make even more of an effort to make people smile, and possibly not snap at a fan who approached me at one point where all I really wanted was to be alone. Honestly? I try my best to be friendly but I have my moments just like everyone else where my moods get the best of me.
* What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about God?
Considering I do not believe in God, the first thing that comes to mind is not real? I am not much into religion.
* What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
I think the weirdest thing I ever had was a bunch of bugs one time when I visited this weird restaurants that specialized in using bugs in their food. Honestly the food wasn't horrible if you managed to forget you were eating bugs.
* What book read recently you would recommend? Why?
Being the goof I am I love muggle fantasy books. I quite loved the Lord of the Rings!
