I feel like I don't need to write a whole lot about Lucius... he's a pretty big canon and we all know how he is. But playing Cissa's not quite as fun without him around, so I'll be extremely happy if somebody would be up for playing him! I've found the Harry Potter Wiki to be quite helpful with Cissa, so there's the link for Lucius.
As far as their relationship goes, the site states that "Lucius was told to marry Narcissa" so it's very open ended. I've just been listing Cissa as "betrothed" because that doesn't necessarily imply engagement. I've also been imagining their relationship to be very good - it seems to me that they've always gotten on very well together, due greatly in part to their many similar characteristics and ideals. However we can definitely write in some drama as far as that goes - I'm game for anything.
The pictured playby is Jamie Campbell Bower aka Grindelwald (I feel like that's cheating..? But he works!) I really don't mind if you use someone else though (age appropriate,) he was literally just the first one I thought of.
